The end of the quarter is quickly approaching and that means it’s time to update those data sheets! 📊
During my first few years using data sheeets, I would only update them at the end of the year and every time I completed them, I’d say to myself…”it would have been so nice to have this for that IEP we had last month” or “this would have been helpful during my retention meeting“.
So I started to update my data sheets at the end of each quarter which turned out to be a game changer! 🤯
Not only did it come in handy during meetings, it helped me see patterns and helpful data points for each child. It’s so easy to miss red flags throughout the year from one assessment to the next, but seeing all their data at once makes those warning signs obvious. It also makes it easier to spot those amazing gains that children make!
Are you looking over this form and thinking that you need to keep track of different data? No worries! I know all schools and classrooms have different needs so editable versions are included. I even threw in a version that is customizable from top to bottom!
👩🏽💻Are you into all things digital? I’ve got you! A Google Slides version is included. I love the GS version because it allows me to update the sheets from anywhere in the world.
