Do you use reading logs with your class? 📚I honestly stopped using logs for such a long time because I noticed that some students weren’t actually reading and instead just got their parents to sign their log. 🫣⁠
⁠
I even tried book report style logs, but those were even less effective because my students were dreading reading since they had to write up a whole report at the end of it.⁠
⁠
So…I decided to put together reading logs that hold students accountable without giving them a load of work at the end. The goal is to read each day, not give students something to dread.⁠
